Refund policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, KOCO will gladly offer an exchange or gift card provided:

The items are returned within 14 days of purchase;
The items have not been worn or damaged;
The original tags are attached; and you present proof of purchase

If any item is deemed to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange provided you present proof of purchase.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase or exchange.
